Pastor Steve Hohenberger came to Heritage Presbyterian Church in March of 1997. Having graduated from Westminster Seminary in Philadelphia in 1975, he was ordained to the gospel ministry in 1976 and has served congregations in New Jersey and Virginia. Steve has also supported his family by working as a labor relations manager in the plastics industry and has operated his own business in home repair and remodeling.

Steve and his wife JoAnn celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary in 2001 and have five daughters and one grandson. They live near the church building in Warrenton.
