Curriculum
Heritage has a long standing relationship with Great Commission Publications (GCP). In their materials we find the distinguishing marks of the Reformed faith. Our teachers (ages 2 through senior high) use this material to change lives and to make lifetime disciples of Jesus Christ. The Great Commission tells us to make disciples and GCP material teaches discipleship according to the following principles.
GOD’S COMPLETE WORD: Each part of Scripture is viewed in light of its wholeness and unity.
GOD-WARD FOCUS: Central to our existance is God himself as sovereign Creator/Redeemer/King.
SHOW ME JESUS: The unfolding story of Christ is the underpinning of everything we teach.
A DIVINE PLAN: God’s covenant of grace is the biblical thread that assures us of his redeeming love.
HOME LINK: Church and home are encouraged to partner in proclaiming the mighty works of God.
