H.M.S. Kids Club

His Majesties Service is what H.M.S. stands for, and we are preparing our covenant children to be ready with an answer for the hope they have in Jesus. Kids Club is there to stand with the parents and give all the help possible in teaching their children about faith in Jesus Christ and the hope they can have in Him.

Children's Sermon

During the worship service each week (before the regular sermon), young children come to the front of the sanctuary to hear a brief lesson on the topic of the day’s sermon.  We often hear from adults that the simple truth of God’s word crystallizes the main point of the sermon for them.

Heritage Presbyterian Church Missions

We desire to glorify God by advancing the Great Commission through supporting, encouraging, and participating in home and foreign missions work in order to build up Christ’s Church and plant new evangelistic churches.  To this end, we faithfully support and maintain relationships with a variety of missions, missionaries, and international students.  We encourage the congregation to pray weekly for specific needs of our missions and missionaries.

Our youth program (middle and high school students) periodically meets for activities organized and led by various church families.  Favorite activities include eating, movies, games, field trips, summer camp, and ultimate frisbee--all in the context of Christian discipleship.

Family Friday Fun Nights at Heritage Presbyterian Church
Family Friday Fun Nights

HPC’s children’s ministry team sponsors occasional events to foster closer friendships between our families, children, youth, and their friends.  These events, affectionately known as “Family Friday Fun Nights” are filled with food, games, activities, and just hanging around with people.  It is always a great time to invite neighbors and friends to mingle with Christians in a low-pressure setting.
